Nomad Air has been serving the north since 2009 based out of Whitehorse, YT. Whether it's moving passengers in the Donrnier 228's comfortable executive class interior or supplying your camp with fuel and cargo in the Shorts Skyvan we have you covered! Both aircraft are short take off/landing (STOL) configured and capable of operating out of unimproved gravel airstrips. The Shorts Skyvan can take loads up to 4500 pounds and with its rear loading ramp/door can handle all your supplies including special or awkward sized cargo. This aircraft is ideal for bulk fuel delivery. We utilize light weight fuel bladders and can haul an impressive 2350 litres of diesel per trip. The Dornier 228 can move passengers in comfort at a cruising speed of 225 miles per hour. And with 4100 pounds of cargo capacity you can bring plenty of supplies with you!
