Mariash QuarryThe old City of Winnipeg Quarry at Stony Mountain supplied much of the crushed stone material for the city's needs between 1905 and 1987, when the quarry closed. In 1988, Mariash Construction Limited established Mariash Quarry on a section of the old quarry land. Our main product at that time was crushed rock. Over the years, we began to offer larger stone, ideal for landscaping and building projects that highlight the natural beauty of stone and the unique range of limestone colours found in our quarry. Today, our family-owned quarry supplies a range of stone products. Though we are open to the public for direct pricing, it is a working quarry. We ask our customers follow a few simple safety precautions while visiting us.
