Corey Keith, BSW, MEd., is a trained Life Coach, and Counselor from Rhodes Wellness College and Social Worker from Nicola Valley Institute of Technology. Corey provides both a holistic and client centered approach. Pers clients benefit from a wide range of approaches including CBT and Mindfulness strategies. Corey Keith specializes in areas around sexual and gender diversity, authenticity, navigating anxiety, mindfulness, meditation and connecting/ building ones spiritual path. Per assists individuals, couples or relationship groups to see their strengths, build new coping strategies and acquire empower tools to take their life journey to the next stage. As a Consultant, Corey Keith have assisted organizations build knowledge, skills, create more inclusive physical space and through updating their policies and social media. Consultation is designed to meet the needs of the organization whether it be a 1hr to 2 day training, or one-on-one advising.
