Modalities Massage Therapy

Most of us live in a fast-paced, multi-faceted reality and I believe that a peaceful and welcoming environment sets the tone for better treatment outcomes as you begin to shed the cares of the outer world from the moment you enter. I chose the name Modalities, which means "ways of doing things", because I believe in a multi-disciplinary approach to wellness. In my massage practice I apply several different techniques, tailoring your care to your issues and your body. I have additional training in facial release that has led me to much work with individuals after surgery and injury to release scar tissue and restore function. I do deep tissue massage and muscle energy release work in addition to connective tissue release to relieve pain and help speed recovery.
