Its Officers Have Provided Commercial Mortgage Investments To Investors Including Pension Funds, Provincial Capital Pools, Trusts, Life Insurance Companies And Other Investors For Over 40 Years. It Is The Manager Of Pendfund Income Fund I, An Investment Fund Which Is Currently Scheduled For Opening In August, 2014. It Will Be Open For Investment By Both Institutional And Qualified Private Investors.
