Windsor Quality Meats, Vancouver butchers since 1946 specialize in free range, organic and hormone free meats of the finest quality. Much of our beef and pork comes from local sources and our poultry comes from well respected free range and organic farms like Springcreek, Gelderman, Poldersides and Maple Hill farms. We also carry potato fed beef from PEI. The potato fed cattle lends a robust beefy flavour and is considered one of the best tasting beef in North America. The superior quality of this beef is served in the finest steakhouses in Vancouver. Our numerous sausages like chorizo, lamb, Italian and Guiness are made in house by our sausage maker and we even do custom orders for restaurants.
