RAINCOAST MEMORIALS was founded by Herb McDowall, a Licensed Agent and District Manager with Familyside / Assurant Life of Canada. Herb has over 15 years experience as a manager and advisor with one of Canada’s largest financial services firms. He has also worked as a sales manager for a number of years with North America’s largest corporate funeral and cemetery services provider. This combined experience provides a wealth of knowledge to advise clients and families in this industry. This experience gives Herb a unique insight into valuable services and products that would be better offered from an independent rather than from a single large vendor with limited plan options.
