We are here to provide a private, nonjudgmental and supportive gym experience to foster a community of strong individuals who lift weights. Our recently finished 1,000 sq ft facility is outfitted with brand-new equipment, a secure buzzer entry system, air conditioning, a shower facility with all your needs and complimentary towel service. A wireless sound system allows you to play your own music during your personal training session, right from your device. We are equipped with a disability/wheelchair accessible entrance and shower.
