Pediatric Dentistry involves prevention, diagnosis and treatment of dental problems in children. Periodontics includes diagnosis, treatment, as well as prevention of problems of tissue surrounding the teeth as well as providing supporting implants. Prosthodontics involves placing of fixed partial dentures (bridges), crowns, complete dentures, removable partial dentures, implant prostheses and maxillofacial prostheses.
