Throughout the 70's and 80's, the company began to grow as Ralph and his team built on the success of the previous decade. Attaining growth through our dedication to customer service and expanding on each success into a wider range of developments including: commercial, industrial, sports complexes, retail, and health care facilities, Cape has maintained its reputation for value and quality by providing real estate and construction services to customers alike. Near the end of the 80's, a name change to Cape Construction occurred.
