Precision Metalform is a quality manufacturer of close tolerance sheet metal parts and products. It was founded in 1992 by the merger of a metal fabrication subsidiary from an engineering group, and a high precision fabricator, specializing in small electronic enclosures. The former had rare welding capability, able to weld down to the thickness of tin foil. This CNC hardware, from the German manufacturer Trumpf is generally recognized as the industry leader at maintaining repeatable close tolerances over a large number of identical activities, as well as being the most versatile in its industry.Precision implemented a proprietary business system integrating this equipment, along with its skilled, versatile work force, to manufacture and deliver metal products in accordance with customers' specifications. As part of its commitment to provide customers with the highest level of quality Precision is ISO 9002:1994 compliant, supplementing the quality assurance process inherent in its proprietary business system. Work is currently in the process of upgrading to ISO 9001:2000 registration.Today Precision Metalform is a leader in the fine limit sheet metal forming industry.
