Homemade wines are very low in preservatives and acids that can cause those killer headaches that you get from cheap commercial wines. Our low intervention approach to wine making keeps your wines clean, simple and true to style. For those of you who want to take it a step further, our Vineyard to Table addition of 1000 liter temperature, controlled stainless wine tanks, allow us to produce varietal wines from Oregon, Washington and BC's Okanagan, we even source organic raw materials. CRAFT BEER ENTHUSIASTS will love our group brewing events. Committed to all grain local sourced ingredients, we are producing fine beer now too that you can take home in your uKeg growler. We do it all!
