Jim Cryderman Registered Massage Therapist I have been in practice for 25 yrs, and still very much love my job! I'm also a Tai Chi, Breath and Meditation Instructor. I teach a number of Health and Wellness classes that I've developed - Self Massage/Rehabilitation for Sports, Stretch and Somatic Movement class. Some of the Modalities I offer in my Office include- Trigger point Release, NMT, Deep tissue and Relaxation massage, Spinal Release Therapy, Visceral (internal organs) massage, Muscle Energy techniques. Tai Chi postural and structural re-balancing, Applied Kinesiology based on the 5 element Acupuncture theory, 14 muscle balance and Touch Beyond as taught by Al Berry
