Lisa M Low

Lisa Low (née Sulek) practices in the areas of corporate and commercial litigation with a focus on contractual matters, shareholder disputes, construction litigation and builder’s liens, fraud claims, and employment law. Lisa routinely represents financial institutions in connection with residential and commercial foreclosures. She approaches problems strategically with a focus on maximizing net results for her clients. Before joining RLR Lawyers, Lisa was an associate for many years with one of Canada’s leading international firms and a member of their commercial litigation and bankruptcy and insolvency group. Prior to practicing law, Lisa was an environmental management consultant with a private sector firm where she worked extensively with forestry and forest product companies throughout North America.
