At Hot Chocolates, we make every one of our chocolates by hand following the same artisan methods that we’ve adhered to since 1986. We start with Casa Luker's finest Colombian chocolate. Then we carefully select ingredients such as house-roasted nuts and fresh cream and berries. The result is an eclectic selection of truffles, barks, fresh fudge and other confections that express our core values of quality and freshness. But great chocolate is only half of the story. We’ve built our reputation not only on the quality of our confections but also on the great people that ensure that your every visit to Hot Chocolates is a fun and memorable escape from the world outside. Because above all else, great chocolate is about enjoying the moment. Cakebread Artisan Bakery creates true European traditional artisan breads, amazing cakes and delicious baked delights using 100%, GMO free Canadian flours. We also carry a house collection of Olive Oil and Balsamic Vinegar.
