StrataCommons is a web based software service that enables strata councils to build a vital and productive strata community by streamlining corporate processes, improving communications, building institutional memory and encouraging best practices. It is ideal for both self managed and managed strata councils. The service is fully compliant with the B.C. Strata Property Act, the B.C. Personal Information Protection Act and is completely owned and operated in Canada. StrataCommons offers a free plan which includes message boards, directories and library and a subscription plan which includes all of the above plus calendars, work orders, a customizable strata website and technical support.
