I do one house at a time so I can be the lead carpenter through-out construction. I am on site everyday. Most other builders sub-out there foundations, framing, and interior/exterior finish. So the customer does really know the experience or quality of the people doing the work. I bring the customer 40 yearâ??s experience guaranteed. The reason I do this (one house at a time) is because that is the only way I can keep full control of the attention to detail. This is what separates me from the rest.
