Mobile Fitness And Pilates Studio

We are a full apparatus PILATES studio in St Albert. We offer a range of levels of classes from gentle, beginner, to advanced. We teach on line, in studio, and we offer RETREATS! We are excited to offer privates, semi privates, to groups of 4. Classes run morning, mid day, and evening. We are also a training facility for instructors interested in pursuing Pilates.
