Desta Counselling Services

Desta Counselling Services offers individual counselling for teens, adults and couples. Desta Counselling focuses on depression, anxiety, body image, mindfulness skills, stress management, communication conflicts, self-esteem, grief and personal and spiritual growth. Customized workshops (including Lunch & Learn Sessions) are also available which can be created for a group of five or more. As a counsellor my role is to assist you in moving towards, self-acceptance and personal growth in a safe, and caring environment. You will set your own personal goals for change and I will help facilitate that process. You know yourself best: you are the expert in your own life. Evening appointments are available.
