Calen Paine is the founder and director of the REAL Self Defense Center which has been in operation for 15 years. We offer functional training, personal protection / self-defense, weapons training and mixed martial arts. Our goal is to enhance your survivability in real-world crisis, confrontation and violence and produce a well-rounded athletic combat practitioner. We provide a safe, progressive, enjoyable and challenging training environment in which we use the combative arts to advance mental / emotional / physical growth.
