E4C is a non-profit human services charitable organization that moves people toward positive, healthy and lasting change. We accept each person at his or her starting point. E4C works toward addressing the conditions that limit a person's ability to fully participate in community.Community is at the heart of E4C and our programs exist within an attitude of grassroots community development and collaboration.
