Yoga Instructor and Tarot Reader of over 5 years. 500 hours hatha trained in Koh Phangan, Thailand as well as Yin Certified by Semperviva College and Bernie Clarke. Studying Shaman and Herbalist. I am so blessed to be able to share the practice that has healed both my body and mind, and to pass on those gifts to others. I humbly watch the tradition continue to expand and evolve to nurture an awakening in those that are looking for more from life, just as I have in the past. I’m not really sure if I ever really will be satisfied with the term teacher, because I learn from my students every single day. What I have to offer is the patience to hold space to allow you to see for yourself what you already know. I am in service to you and your self-discovery through yoga.
