We are a one-of-a-kind kettlebell and Brazilian Jiu Jitsu (BJJ) based gym. We offer fitness classes, stretching, gymnastics for adults, BJJ for adults and children. You can expect small group training class sizes for more individualized attention, a fun, safe environment where egos are left at the door, a family like atmosphere where you'll feel like part of the community we have.
