At Duchess we make all of our products daily in-house from scratch using no mixes, no preservatives and no shortcuts. The entire staff of Duchess, from chef to server, is dedicated to providing the highest quality products & service. We strive to use only the freshest and highest-quality ingredients possible, such as the superb Valrhona chocolate from France, Anita's organic flour, 84% churn butter and all natural flavourings and extracts.
