In 2000 the company was purchased by the current owners who were ex-managers of a large multi-national security corporation and saw the opportunity to fulfill a need that the national company's had tried to provide but failed due to their overhead's and inability to react quickly. The vision was to create a company whose focus was state of the art mid to large commercial integrated security solutions.
