TriOil Resources Ltd. is a junior oil and natural gas Company in Western Canada with a highly motivated, proven management team. TriOil has built significant land positions on a portfolio of emerging light oil resource plays, specifically targeting the Cardium and Dunvegan oil trends at Lochend, Alberta. We are at the early stage of development drilling on both projects and intend to capitalize on improvements in horizontal drilling and multi-stage fracture stimulation technologies to effectively exploit our multi-year drilling inventory. In November 2013 TriOil was acquired by ORLEN Upstream International B.V. a wholly-owned subsidiary of ORLEN Upstream sp.z o.o , part of ORLEN Group, one of the largest petroleum and petrochemical corporations in Central and Eastern Europe and the largest in Poland.
