I highly recommend you come to the clinic the receptionist that wears a scarf is very respectful and polite she also translates for my mother when she goes in she always has a smile on her face

I highly recommend attending this clinic. The doctors are very knowledgeable and kind. The assistants and receptionists are also very friendly and constantly have a smile on their faces. They always try to accommodate my schedule in any way which is best for me. Overall, it's a great experience attending this clinic.

If you are serious about your health don't go there!
The receptionist and nurses are rude, unprofessional and unfit for the job. I don't know who does the hiring there so many people have complains about their staff.I waited for my premature baby's pediatrician referral for weeks and every time i called they told me they have not heard from Dr Finally i asked them to give me the # for the doc and contacted and found out that the referral was returned long ago because they gave them wrong contact info yet they kept telling me to wait all this time

When calling for an appointment, they will automatically put you on hold for 10 mins and more. the receptionist are so rude and unpleasant. This is not a good customer service. Time is very valuable. putting a customer on hold for so long is very unprofessional.

Not a good atmosphere!
When you call for appointment, the receptionist answering is not pleasant, she sounds like she is not in a good mood. She will make u wait for too long. And when u go there, they don't greet you, they are busy looking at their computers, and if you ask question, they will answer u in a rude manner. These are the kind of medical receptionists they hire?I had to find a new doctor because of these receptionists(mostly asians)who don't know how to treat patients professionally!!!

Dr Van Vuuren, Alice and staff are great! Dr Vuuren and his staff are super helpful and always make sure you have a comfortable experience. Honestly it's the best clinic to bring your family too.

Doctors are quite...
Doctors are quite plesant and know what they are doing the medical assistants aND receptionists are ridiculously rude and probably have no idea what professionalism is. I have been put on hold never to hear back on there end, I have been hung up on countless times and going in to check in for an appointment can be a downright nightmare!

One of the rece...
One of the receptionist called me and her name was Jassi. She was very rude. She called to let me know that my blood report was here. I know the results were there on jan 7th and today is Jan 14th so I asked her politely that how come I'm getting a call now then she replied very rudly that she has 100 other patients to call and I'm not the only one on her list and then hung up on me. I have never seen a medical receptionist talking to someone that rude. She needs more training for sure. This looks bad on your clinic because a receptionist is the one who represents your company. This is why I have swithed to another mecical clinic. They dont take their patients seriously. Very poor service.

Don't bother maki...
Don't bother making an appointment, they have no concept of the word. Over a hour sitting in there office with a upset infant. Not once have they come apologize for the wait. Clearly do not care about there patients! Find somewhere else that is run by professionals!

My senior Mom had...
My senior Mom had no family doctor. The mayland heights walk-in clinic threw pills at her without any diagnostic tests-bad!!!! DR. MALIK AT THE TRANSCANADA CLINIC took her as her family doctor. He truly cares and takes time to look at her total health!!! We never wait long to see Malik or any doctor at this clinic!! Parking is never a problem. I would RECOMMEND this place for anyone, any age!!!!!!!!!!!

Got quite few new...
Got quite few newly qualified (overseas educated Doctors) who don't have any courtesy for patients . They did had couple of senior Dr who are really good but u never able to get appoinment from them .

Total confusion a...
Total confusion at the front desk lack of professionalism and nobody knows what everyone else is doing. I hate going there and wiill try to find a new doctor.
