Choosing and hiring a Home Inspector has to be a hard thing to do. We won’t meet face to face until the time of the inspection, and yet you are trusting me to give you an evaluation of possibly your largest investment. My previous years of experience in construction, from cribbing basements, framing houses, to even framing wood basements, gives me a superior knowledge of structure, which is the base of any good home. To further my education I took courses designed by engineers in each field - roofing -structure -heating and cooling -exterior -electrical -insulation -plumbing -interior.
