In 2007 & 2008, I was awarded the 'Super Service' award (must maintain a 98% or better service rating for the year) in the categories of Carpentry, Drywall, Plumbing, and Electrical. None of the other 150+ Service Professionals listed were even remotely close to this achievement. I found it was the simple things that helped make my business such a success, like arriving for appointments on time, returning phone calls in a prompt manner, cleaning my work area before leaving, and listening to ( and hearing ) the concerns of my customers.
