Unreasonable/ inflexible company policy re reviews
I had to create an account to leave a review of a business that treated me badly. Later, I wanted to retract and rewrite that review. NO WAY! Yellow Pages will not remove my review or allow me to revise or remove it. They say only their clients (paying customers) can have a review removed. They admit it is technically possible to remove a review... but don't allow the person who created the review to do that. Be forewarned!
Beware is right, YPG doesn't care about customers
Beware is right, I've had exactly the same problem, Anyone can say anything about your business, which is fair if you are not "PAYING" hard earned money for your ad. They've forced me to lower myself and address a horrible customer. Because of how the yellow page group deals with this I think the only sotution is to randomly give bad reviews to enough businesses untill they get enough complaints that they change their system. It's unforunate they don't care about there paying customers

yellowpage.ca has allowed a poor review against my business that is completely false .never once did they contact me to verify any of the poor review.this is totally unacceptable and essentially yellowpages.ca has told me too bad.i have tried to enter a rebuttal but the site wont allow me to do so.what is more confusing is the fact that i spend approximately $10,000.00 a year in advertising with them.obviously this is over and i warn other advertisers ...BEWARE.....
