My philosophy is I believe the body has its own ability to heal, sometimes due to injury or illness it gets stuck. Pain is a powerful deterrent to recovery and healing, muscles don’t receive the work out they need and atrophy sets in. I am passionate about the personalized care and attention that I offer my clients. I am committed to the best service and results for my clients. Seaside is a home based business, sessions are private and confidential. I have created a relaxed yet fun atmosphere for my clients and I have a valid level 3 first aid ticket. I use this skill of assessment and knowledge in what I do.
