Panago Pizza

Every time I've had pizza from our local Pannago I've had to "go" and not in since way. I wouldn't recommend them unless I didn't like you.

A long history of consistently having the wrong order sent out, either by not putting the right items on the salad or pizza or forgetting the dips and dressings. Definitely would not recommend this place. Don't waste your money on run of the mill no topping, cardboard pizza. Would DEFINITELY recommend GRANNY'S CHICKEN, Huge orders with fries, salad, drink and your main meal included for a very low price. It arrives on time, made fresh, hot and how you asked for it, every time!!!!

I have ordered a lot of pizza by phone and have never had any problem with customer service. When I went into the Shawnessy Calgary location the man was ignorant from start to finish. Very bad experience and I cannot say I will be back there again. He was argumentative and obviously hated his job! Brutal!

Do not order pizza from this place, it is over priced and has terrible customer service. The franchisee is rude and arrogant and does not value customers. I will never go back, and you shouldn't go either. There are better places in Moncton to get better tasting and more affordable pizza.

first time ordering and i loved it i order a New york deli and it was a meat pizza heaven for me if you love your meat try this one, so was open concept and the cleanest i have ever seen a pizza place i would recommend it to anyone new that has not tried it keep up the good work guys

Went it to grab a pizza after a long day; said I was interested in a Hawaiian. Was recommended by the order taker to try the Tropical Hawaiian. I asked what was different - she said it had bacon and a different sauce. When I asked about the sauce she confessed that she hadn't tried it. She asked one of the folks preparing the pizza what it was like and told me that it was sweeter. Got it home, took one bite and that was enough for me. Same conclusion reached by my sister. It's hardly what I would call a Hawaiian. Now we've got a large pizza going into the green bin which is a waste of the $20 spent on pizza.

When pizzas were delivered, the delivery driver asked for a coupon. I explained to him i didn't need one, the deal was advertised on the internet and there was no disclosure regarding any coupon. After showing the website to the driver and fighting with the manager on the phone for well over half an hour, they finally gave me the pizza at the advertised price. then the drive had the nerve to remind me to "have a coupon" for next time. Well so far no next time because i still don't need a coupon
