Our Level 1 classes focus on technically-correct basic Muay Thai and are diverse, low-contact, high-energy and fun. Level 2 classes delve further into the art of traditional Muay Thai. Classes involve a wide variety of cardio and anaerobic exercises, Stott Pilates and yoga-style core strengthening, plyometrics, weight training and strengthening exercises for upper and lower body, and much, much more.
