J'ai fait plusieurs recherches, dont celui-ci et aucun retour d'appel. J'ai alors appelé un compétiteur qui s'est mis disponible immédiatement en donnant un service rapide, efficace et à prix très raisonnable.

Une équipe de professionnels passionnés par leur travail, des vrais spécialistes, beaucoup de gentillesse et un service après-vente excellent : rapide, efficace, pas trop dispendieux. Les électros reconditionnés sont en excellent état, et fonctionnent parfaitement bien. C'est pas grave si c'est pas neuf, car ça marche bien et pour longtemps. Des bons conseils, qui incitent pas à la consommation inutile. C'est vraiment une excellente adresse.

Il est une denrée rare aujourd'hui de faire affaire avec des gens à la fois courtois, professionnels, qui ne nous volent pas notre argent et qui te conseille vraiment bien. Franchement des gens de confiance, qui ont de belles valeurs environnementales en plus. Un service après-vente excellent et le sentiment en partant d'avoir fait le meilleur choix. Merci l'équipe de R.V. Dupuis! C'est toujours un plaisir!

Super service, très informé et a pris son temps pour répondre à mes questions.

I had a technician from RV Dupuis to come and detect the problem for my washer. The technician informed that there were two parts broken and the estimation for reparation was around $280 for parts and labor, tax included. I did my research on the Internet and found that the brand new parts would cost me about $100 instead of their estimated $200 price, and that refurbished parts would cost me only $50. I made my choice to buy refurbished parts to save the environment and also not to waste too much money on the used washer. When I asked the store manager Alex if they would be willing to charge only for reparation, the asnwer was no. So, I found another technician to come and change the parts to find out that the diagnosis was not done accurately. I called the RV Dupuis and at first was offered a no-cost re-estimation, but quickly changed their mind and asked me for the part number that was broken. I went to the store to explain what is broken in the washer and that the service provided was not accurate. I talked to the manager - Alex, who had no manners at all. He would not listen to me, he would start shouting, and what is even worse would call me a liar. All I wanted was either a refund for a wrong diagnosis, or a re-estimation of the washer. But both requests were refused. Alex totally lost his temper and asked me to leave the store. I told him that will leave the store, but because I am a very unhappy customer, I will post a negative custome review (no matter how much I hate doing it). His response was that I don't want a refund but am interested in doing damage to his companty. I thought I went to the store with the request for refund... All in all, a terrible experience, actually the worst ever experience. If you want to buy used appliances and/or looking for reparations, go to other stores. Don't waste your time, money and energy on people who not only are not professional but are absolutely rude with their customers.
