Carpet Emporium

Would NOT RECOMMEND. I recently used Carpet Emporium to remove old carpet and install a high quality laminate. Their service was terrible, installation was incomplete - areas of the floor were not finished, laminate not installed within closets as requested, flooring was loose and there are now gaps between boards, and even the quality of the so-called "high quality" laminate is questionable. They made a lot of errors, there was no communication between the installers, sales person and their office, and when I tried to address issues as they arose, the business owners were condescending and would not accept responsibility for the work they did. Additionally, after assuring me when first placing the order that they would clean up after themselves, they didn't clean up at all and it was a huge mess as they cut the flooring within the condo unit. I regret using them and would never use them again or refer them to anyone. Be Warned!

Definitely cannot recommend this outfit. One of the items purchased was just awful and they would do nothing to assist us. Never again
