i would never recomend this business to any renters! This company is alll about money for themselves, well what company isnt but this ones really bad! they do nothing to improve there properties! no money put it just taken from the renters. for example the elevator didnt work in the building i was in, i lived there for 3 years and it never worked properly, also i moved in without a screen door was promised one never got one, same goes for the carpet was promised to be replaced never happend our cupboards too, not to mention if a window was broken they would take there sweet time replacing it like 3 months in the winter, or the sewage backup in the laundry room! You know theres something wrong with a company when all there supers quit we had in the span of 2 and half years 6 supers and we went about 5 months without anyone managing the building! Its really disapointing when you live somewhere and pay rent to these people every month and you cant even get something basic fixed in your apt. all in all a really shady company!
