De Melis was established in Thornhill, Ontario, in 1970, initially providing services specific to the construction industry. Over the years our list of services has grown tremendously, as has our reputation for reliability, service and results. We now provide a complete spectrum of construction, maintenance and property management solutions, from maintenance contract administration to general contracting services. De Melis has a diverse set of national clients - we currently service close to 650 customer locations across Ontario. With an expanding portfolio of clients, a growing number of service locations and a support network that is keeping pace, De Melis has successfully positioned itself for long-term growth.
