I rented a place from b/walk, and I must say-it was TERRIBLE right from the beginning. When The first manager-who by the way got fired! lied to me and never changed the carpet as we agreed upon. Then once I moved in, it was so difficult to get any repairs done without going back to the office several times. Most of the times, the office is open but no one is there. The parking lot sacks! underground is full and you can't get anything close on the street. The main doors are horrible, they are hard to open and once you close them behind you they make the loudest noise (I use to feel sorry for the tenants living next to the main doors). A new tenant who was trying to sign the lease got her car broken into right in front of the office in broad day light!!! Once my lease was over, i decided to leave, but the management did not tell me or made arrangements with me as to when they expected the key back. I thought it was the last day of the month at 5:00 pm but they came in to my apartment at around 4:10 pm without calling and asked me for the keys (talk about unprofessionalism). To make matters worse!!!! MY LAUNDRY WAS STOLEN on my last day!!!! and all they could say was we are sorry instead of taking responsibility for their lousy building. I was tired of hearing that word, and I could not wait to be done with them. LOOK FOR OTHER DECENT BUILDINGS BEFORE YOU MOVE HERE!!!!
