Value Village has always been my favourite thrift store b/c of it's huge selection but lately this store's prices have been too high on many items. Might depend on who's pricing the stuff that day even if they have a general pricing sheet to follow. But they do have their 50% off sales about 3-5 times/year, store & parking lot are packed but it's fun to find what you need, all half price, wayyy below new/retail :-) This V.V. store is approx 65% clothing, 35% housewares, books, toys, sporting items, electronics, furniture, linens, & more. It's a large thrift store so selection is great & you can almost always find what you want/need. The 4-5 changerooms are small, there is 1 handicapped/parent-small child changeroom, there is also a bathroom in the store for customers. Some of the staff members are helpful, goofy, & outgoing. This V.V. location always has a huge selection of NEW Halloween costumes, accessories & decor. They do carry some NEW things along the front of the store, stock changes, but it can be slippers, socks, mitts, hats, sandals, toys/games, decorative home things.
