"Since 1981, the Raga has served its clients with Classic East Indian cuisine. The menu, of more than 100 items, features northern Indian cooking but also includes some Kashmiri and south Indian dishes. The Raga's recipes were designed by Chef Kapotra, who cooked for the Nehru-Gandhi family, and are adhered to by our current chefs.An authentic Tandoor (clay oven) heated by charcoal produces succulent Kebabs and wonderful breads."
