Normand's is a cozy little bistro, with a relaxed atmosphere. Each day you can look forward to new lunch features including soup, sandwich and seafood. The dinner menu has a wide variety . Each day we offer at least one wild game dish. The exquisite preparation of each dish in a savoury sauce is what makes each meal a special treat. Normand's: where the menu is country French with an Alberta accent. We are well known for our wild game menu which is offered in October and November as is customary in France. We have wild Arctic Muskox, Rankin Inlet Caribou, Elk, Wild Boar and Fish such as Artic Char. We create a super dish of braised Alberta Boar Shanks with roasted red peppers, honey, whiskey and black peppercorn. Are you planning a special event?
