This store is the worst I have ever had for customer servce, I had a command star installed, when I came to pick it up the horn and lights would go off when I tryed to start the car, I waited another hour to have them try to fix the problem. when I brought it back the next day for the same problem the guy at the counter said it was nothing they had done and it would be 3 weeks befor I could get it in to get fixed. I spoke with the manager he managed to get me in three days later, after this visit still not fixed same problem. I brought it back again the installer found that they had put in the wrong harness funny nothing they had done I recall the counter guy telling me. waited at the shop untill 7 pm they told me if it doesnt work this time they would give me back my install money. Next day more problems no heater when I start the car back again. looking for my install money I was told I would get a fifty dollar instore credit not 300.00 for the install, the manager said he would give me 150.00 but if he gave it all back i would not have any warrenty. this review is a short explanation for my experience at JBs there is a lot more to this review but i will save your reading time in a nut shell this place rates the worst experience I have ever had in a retail outlet.
