Although I had been a client for more than 2 yrs without any problem, last year's snow removal was a little problematic. I tried it again this year, giving it a chance. NO MORE FOR ME! The guys don't clean half of my drive way, I can never speak with anyone to let them know. The only option: leaving a message... and of course, no one calls you back nor do they fix the problem! NOT WORTH the few bucks you think you would save. NEVER AGAIN.

This snow removal company is absolutely horrible. DO NOT HIRE THEM. They do not show up When They should. They never answer Their phone. You can rarely ever leave a message, and when to you can, They never return calls yours. It is now December 29th, and our driveways still have-not beenscleaned since the snow storm on December 27th. Every year its the same thing, and this will be the last year. I will be filing a complaint.
