Lise Bougard Psychologue

As a psychologist and member of the Ordre des psychologues du Québec since 30 years, I offer psychotherapy services for short, medium and long term to adults, and also for couples. I treat disorders of: anxiety, depression, burn out, self esteem, chronic pain, post-traumatic stress, life decisions, relational family and professional dilemmas and difficulties. I work in private practice since 30 years and in a psychotherapy clinic. My approach is integrative using different angles to a problem depending on the person's needs (humanistic, gestalt and behavioural cognitive of 3rd vague; also relaxation and meditation and psycho-dynamic comprehension).
