the food was surprising ly amasing..
We were impressed,by the fresheness of the food. Different items on the menu-buffet, which you don t normally see at other buffets, for chinese food. What was the same as other places, this food had a special different taste.. Everything we ate, was just amasing. I reccomend it to everyone.. Even the noodles which you see else where, were just tastey...

Surprisingly good food
We went there for buffet but settled in the front for what some people call "authentic" Chinese food. The atmosphere was ordinary. So was service. The head manager was extremely amicable. He smiled all the time. I wish I could say the same for the servers. They recommended 4 dishes on the menu and we chose just those. Then, as Emeril always says, BAM!!!! It was like we didn't have to wait at all and the food presented itself on the table. The first plate was oyster in port wine. 8 breaded oysters crisp and light, soaked in the subtle taste of evaporated liquor. The big shrimps in cream source were not bathing in the source as we used to see at other Chinese restaurants. Actually hardly any source was seen on the plate. The source was in the shrimps and yet did not overwhelm the taste of the shrimps. Black pepper beef Chinese style came tender and thick. It was spicy hot enough to jolt our taste buds but pleasant enough to not leave any spicy hot after taste. Squid with Chinese broccoli was chewy and soft. How could those 2 adjectives go together for the same dish!! We will definitely go back for the food. Service? Well, maybe they will improve the next time?
