Montreal does not need a revolution, but an evolution of its transport. Many plans, policies, visions and objectives already exist, have been endorsed by the responsible authorities and most have consensus among transportation experts and urban planning. The vision of our administration is not making a clean sweep of all this work, but rather to infuse the required dose of leadership so that policies and plans are realized.
