Our story began in 1979, part of the same vision between Father Jacques Dostie and Robert Busilacchi, that work is a vector of social integration in Quebec society. This is why the JGB Nonprofit Organization (NPO) has been for nearly forty years an important player in the employment sector. The JFF accompanies anyone authorized to work legally in Canada in their job search. It offers free training, personalized coaching with an employment counselor as well as conferences and networking opportunities (5 to 7). We advise companies and organize training on diversity management, performance management and individual and collective well-being. We are also developing solutions to connect recruiters and job seekers.
