Complexe Desjardins is located in the city's most vibrant district, at the heart of the Quartier des spectacles, and mere steps from the Palais des congrès and the Quartier international. In addition to offering indoor parking with 1,046 spaces, it can be reached by two métro stations or directly via the Hyatt Regency Montréal Hotel. Its 110 boutiques and restaurants encircle an immense public space where more than 200 days of events are held each year. The shopping centre houses a variety of fashion boutiques, specialty services, a supermarket, athletic facilities and a food court.
