We had an overnight plumbing disaster that had to be fixed ASAP. I called different companies and only got voicemail. I was worried..But Jason from Budget Drain called back right away and said he understood my worry and he would be there ASAP. Jason arrived with a helper ( A girl! Whose name I've forgotten). They were done in 20 minutes and explained the problem. The cost was exactly what Jason estimated over the phone. They were SO polite & respectful that my worries have melted away. I actually had a good experience with a plumber! (I hear those can be rare).

I tried 4 different plumbing companies and after price checking and availability Budget Drain had the best price. When I called about my blocked toilet during the night, they offered me very quick service and I felt very reassured that Jason the owner came himself. He cut me a break on the price because he fixed it so fast and he even cleaned up after. I would recommend Budget Drain to anyone.

great service and very professional. They unblocked my sink in 5 minutes; the price is the same for the first hour (like most plumbers), but overall cheaper than a few other places I had looked into. I would totally use their service again.

Very courteous and professional. Jason kept me informed during the whole operation of what is going on. I had a badly clogged main drain, He came and used the electric snake and did a camera inspection which found some bad root clusters that he showed me. we opted for the high pressure cleaning of the drain with post operation camera inspection, and everything came out nice and clean. Fixed the problem in only a couple of hours. The rates were "plumber" rates, as in pricey, but in comparison to most of the outfits in the west island, it was about 20-30% cheaper. also, the high pressure cleaning is a money saving miracle, because most plumbers would have tried to sell a complete excavation and drain replacement.

I had a drain blocked on a weekend in a duplex that was affecting two kitchens and so had to be addressed asap. Budget Drain sent someone who worked hard over 2 hours to clear the obstruction. Overall I was satisfied with the service, but the price was crazy... $180/hour!! Next time I'll shop around more.

I had a really bad blocked drain and the people were really great. They were really honest and nice. They were really fast at getting to my place. They are the best plumbers I've ever had and I have had a few come for this problem. So far they are the only ones that fixed it and it didn't cost me too much.

Absolutely non reliable and definitely unprofessional, these guys do NOT know that they are doing...they just want to get paid and be gone...problem still not fixed- they do not return calls, nor do they show up when they say they will- the only time they do show up is to get paid then bye bye you are on your own to solve the mess they left behind...DO NOT WORK with these guys!

I called for service, made an appointment for the next morning...they never showed up. I called back, they said they would call me when they were coming. They called me back and said they could not come till 4, even though I TOLD them it HAD to be in the morning. So my husband stayed home from work and waited till 4...they STILL never showed up. I called back, and they said they were on the way...3 hours later they still didn't come. I had to call someone else to come and fix the water tank. Very dissapointing.

I called budget drain to have solve some major leak issue and they were fast to come, they took my problem seriously and fixed the issue;service was courteous; i called them based on recommendation from my neighbor and I would recommend them as well.

I am a janatior on Van Horn, I had Budget Drain high pressure all my drains in the garage.They did a good job. They gave me a 12month warranty if the drains blocks again, well it blocked again. They came in April so it was in the warranty, I called every day for 4 days and they said they were coming every time I called. But no one came for 5 days. I had to call another company, that company came that day and fixed my problem. I am very dissapointed they did not respect the warranty they gave me.
