Alexandrine always had a strong interest for health of the human body and physical activity. This led her to study kinesiology, a field promoting healthy lifestyles and injury prevention. In 2013, she obtained a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from McGill University. ? During her studies, she participated in an internship at the Jewish Rehabilitation Hospital in Laval during which she taught exercises adapted to participants with Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD). Then, she completed an internship at the Cummings Center during which she supervised exercise classes with participants with various limited physical capacities (Parkinson's disease, stroke, multiple sclerosis). At the end of her studies, she worked in a private medical clinic as a fitness instructor and led sports activities at Centre Claude-Robillard. ?
